What We Collect
Plan & Play collects the account, group membership, RSVP, and event information required to deliver activity scheduling and organizer workflows.
This includes account identifiers, group and event participation, organizer messages, and limited device or diagnostics data needed to keep the service reliable.
We also collect limited product analytics and operational diagnostics, such as sign-in method, screen or tab usage, RSVP and event creation outcomes, purchase flow outcomes, app version, request status, and weather API reliability metrics. Weather diagnostics are aggregated and do not store exact coordinates, event IDs, raw IP addresses, or invite codes.
How We Use Data
Data is used to authenticate users, coordinate group activity, deliver event updates, and support customer requests.
Analytics and diagnostics are used to understand feature adoption, detect failures, measure weather provider and cache behavior, and improve app reliability.
We do not sell personal data.
